Lately all of my friends and family have been talking about debut. Well I admit that I've been obssessing it for awhile but I tell you I'M OVER IT.

Last week my parents and I went to the hospital to have a check up. Mom and Dad had their full check all over their body and I had mine for my allergy. My allergy is unknown if it's a food allergy or environmental allergy something like that. After that I got my 2week food diet because my doctor said it was definitely a food allergy. So anyway, bottomline is, we paid big bucks for it.
Well yes it was a really a big big eye opener for me. At that moment I completely stop of talking about all this debut thing. But one thing I realized, after I stopped, now my friends and family are always mentioning it. I really want to say it to their face, "You know what I don't plan on having my debut anymore."
And I know they will probably say, "IKAW? DILI MAG DEBUT? AHHAHHA"
YES I DON'T WANNA HAVE A DEBUT NO MORE OK NIGGA?!
Their were so many debut ideas that of course it was expensive. One even suggested for the entrance I should have that skydiving thing. DUDE WTF? Even for the location they were like talking about it. So okaay?! When they keep on mentioning about the debut stuff I was forced to talk to anyone like this: HAHA PLANO NAKO SA DEBUT I.INVITE PUD INYUNG PARENTS or SA DEBUT NAKO TANAN DYUD INVITED!
IN MY MIND I WAS SERIOUSLY SAYING DUDE I CAN'T EVEN AFFORD THAT. SO OKAAY? NOW YOU KNOW, WE DON'T HAVE ANY MONEY TO PAY ALL OF THOSE STUFF.
And now you'll probably thinking' awww this was one of your long time dreaaaaam. WELL I BEG TO DISAGREE WITH THAT. There are so many things that I could do or even buy than spending hundreds of thousands for just one day. Instead of spending it on the debut, why not buy a car? or save it for a new house? and most especially save it for hospital bills!
I DON'T KNOW WHAT WILL HAPPEN NEXT YEAR FOR MY 18TH BIRTHDAY BUT THE ONLY THING I COULD SAY IS I DON'T PLAN ON SPENDING A LOT FOR THIS BIRTHDAY.
AND I'M SOOOOOO OVER WITH OBSSESSING ABOUT DEBUTS.
